Martin Van Buren
Martin Van Buren served as the 8th president of the United States (1837-1841) after serving as 10th Secretary of State. Only about 5 ft, 6 inches tall, but trim and erect, Martin Van Buren dressed fastidiously. Born in Kinderhook, New York on December 5, 1782 and died July 24, 1862 he was really famous for things he did throughout his life. Fun Fact!!!
Wrote an autobiography and never mentioned her mother once
Martin is known most famous for being a shrewd politician. In 1837 became president and his presidency ended in 1841. MVB died in his house in 1862 Age: 79
